Roommate wanted to share 2BR 2 bath apartment on SW side of Springfield in Springfield, Missouri

Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment.  At Park Place Apartments, near the corner of Golden and Farm Rd 164 (Walnut Lawn).  Brand new carpet and linoleum, newer appliances and a brand new refrigerator.  I have furnishings already (couch, loveseat, coffee table, etc.).  Washer and dryer, 50" flat screen tv.  I have two cats, so if you're allergic or don't like animals, this is not for you.  
Half the rent is $270 per month, plus utilities (around $50 apiece?), plus half internet service if you plan on using it ($15 apiece).  
I'm very neat and clean, don't make much noise, and prefer a roommate who does the same.  
No smoking in the apartment, no wild parties and we'll get along great.
